How to Wear the Alpha Compression Calf Sleeve:

1) Turn the sleeve inside out and flip upside down. Insert your foot.
2) Gather the material until it is all bunched around the ankle.
3) Grab the bottom of the sleeve and pull over your calf.
4) Make any final adjustments, so the sleeve fits comfortably.
