How to Use the Alpha Sole Compression Foot Sleeves:

1) Turn the foot sleeve inside out and flip upside down. Insert your foot.
2) Gather the material until it is all bunched around the top of the foot.
3) Grab the bottom of the sleeve and pull over the rest of the foot.
4) Make any final adjustments, so the sleeve fits comfortably.
